Who we are

At present, the Oldbury Partnership includes:
Ron Edmondson.
Ron has a set of experiences in the construction industry ranging
from component manufacture to major client. This has given him a unique
perspective on how performance improvement can be achieved for all parties
to the industry.
He is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years commercial
experience, having originally trained and qualified with Deloittes. He has acted
in the capacity of Finance Director, Treasurer, Managing Director and Chairman for a number of
businesses heavily involved in the construction industry.
He has been an active participator in many construction industry
change initiatives and played a key role in establishing supply chain
integration as one of the major themes of the Strategic Forum for
Construction. He has been a board member of the Movement for Innovation and
the Construction Best Practice programme, a founder board member of the
Construction Manufacturers Partnering Association and is a co author of the
Strategic Forum's Integration Toolkit. He is a director of the
Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust, the first UK
green field PFI hospital.
Rick Edmondson.
Rick has been Chairman of a number of high quality,
safety critical manufacturing organisations, with up to 1000 employees and
has a deep understanding of the management process. He is a talented engineer with
an aptitude for recognising unnecessary complication. He lectures on "The Nature of Management Failure." As
an entrepreneur he has created several independent railway industry
businesses involving the challenges of rail regulation and safety
inspection.
